![]() Unfortunately on our drive home I found additional white hairs stuck to the label of a completely DIFFERENT strain. We went through the line with no problems. ![]() He was respectful and directed us how we could purchase a replacement. An employee named Chris Watkins was arrogant, condescending and argumentative when we informed him the strain was to be removed from the order per Molly. We drive almost 2hrs and get in the online appointment section. While talking to Molly we discovered that a strain in my order gave Molly a bad anxiety reaction, which I also have, and she told me when I picked up my order the next day(Aug 8 )there'd be a note not to include it. (I have bad reactions to certain strains, they have some bred exclusively) she was sweet enough to tell me she'd have Maggie(Manager) look into it. VIP treatment (appointment) The rest was terrible! Found 2 grey hairs in 1 jar. GREAT first trip! Set my appointment and chose carefully what strains I'd try the first time.
